  30. I don't think we should separate the 2.  Either you have skills or you don't. 
  31. Just because your from a different section of the country shouldn't give you
  32. more chance of winning an award.  Plus, you have to add the confusion of
  33. artists who are originally from one place, but now hail from some place else,
  34. artists who are from one place, but theor producers are from another place,
  35. artists who are from one place and have record deals with labels based in
  36. another place, and that would merit best artist from other countries also.  If
  37. we had an award for all 3 groups from each country, the awards would get long
  38. and boring.  (IMO)
