- It's hard to fake an address and get phone service.
- Remember, the phone company needs to know exactly where
- to wire the phone. The real issue appears to be his
- access to actual call information, and ability to trace
- her whereabouts from friends' calling patterns. This
- misuse of information, by the way, would be cause for
- dismissal. I would think that a court order and
- a discreet discussion with the phone company
