  13.     Hi, sorry to just jump in like this, but have you tried reading
  14. Heidegger's essay, The origin of the work of art?  I think that it will
  15. give you both a different insight into what art is, and help you both
  16. out of the cycle of objective versus subjective, art versus science,
  17. etc. 
  18.     The main point is not the subjective or objective points of view,
  19. but the happening of truth in the work of art.
