  12. Just a letter that resulted from curiousity...

  14. How many ladies are there out there who read this newsgroup?
  15. (I'm talking about LADIES, not just females)

  17.     Myself... I'm 5'11'', 136 lbs., brown hair, brown eyes, of both german
  18. and mexican heritage (50/50), old-fashioned as far as relationships go (Thus
  19. far I've managed to retain my virginity, and I hope to do so until my wedding
  20. night), not affiliated with any political party but vote by conscience, I love
  21. nature (particularly the mountains), my family, literature (all genres, but
  22. mostly fiction and poetry), cycling, art, music... I was born in raised in a
  23. small town (Madera) in California's SanJoaquin Valley but currently am attend-
  24. ing Drake University in DesMoines, Iowa.  I play guitar (both bass and
  25. acoustic), write (short stories, poetry and articles--> Journalism major), sing
  26. (for fun and for church choir)... I'm definitely not particularly desperate but
  27. I'm definitely looking for the right girl (so I decided to see what kind of
  28. response I would get from this newsgroup)...

  30.     What do I look for in a relationship? Trust, honesty and understanding
  31.     What do I look for in a woman? A beautiful person (not just talking
  32. physically, personality plays a tremendous part in my concept of a beautiful
  33. woman, looks are secondary and most often temporary<time conquers all!>...)

  35.     As far as what I look like, I've been told I'm cute by women (I would
  36. hesitate to make my own statement on whether I'd be attractive since I'm no
  37. woman), I have a nice face and smile, expressive eyes... I am skinny as far as
  38. build...
  39.     I am a strong christian and God is someone important in my life (al-
  40. though I'm far from perfect, as everyone is I suppose, but I try and that's
  41. what's important)...
  42.     Anyway, as far as this posting is concerned, unless you live in CA
  43. or Iowa than I doubt anything more than correspondence would be practical...
  44. and in that case friendship and a listening ear at most... but I will try to
  45. respond to any responses.
