  26. 1 and all of series 2 on video [I became a Dwarf-freak with
  27. series 3, and have seen series 4 and 5, and know that 6 is in
  28. production].  My partner and I must have watched 8 episodes
  29. today.  Those who are thinking 'where is this dude's life', just
  30. don't know about Red Dwarf - SFX that is passable, triffic
  31. characterization, and bloody funny script-writing. And no
  32. smegging laugh tracks! [I guess this would wipe it out of the
  33. American market instantly, the average yokel wouldn't know when
  34. to laugh, and would find the interchanges between the characters
  35. {Who all just about hate each other} to be gratuitously
  36. offensive]

  39. values', laugh tracks, and the prudishness knob turned up to 11!
