  11. Somebody sucked my gas tank dry last night.  The locking cap apparently
  12. wasn't screwed on tightly enough.  I went to bed with half a tank of
  13. gas/petrol.

  15. Today I wake up and head off to a 7:30A.m. engagement but run out of gas
  16. at just about THE halfway point seven miles down the road and I have to
  17. walk about a mile and a half in the rain with no macintosh and no umbrella
  18. to get more gas.  The first place had no gas can to either sell or loan me
  19. so I had to continue on to the next place.

  21. Didn't even have any rubbers with me for all the good they would have done.

  23. Bastards (lovely word) stole my gas cap or threw it into oblivion, too,
  24. and it was a $15 locking type.

  26. So I was late and soaked.  Fun stuff.
