  28. yes!  i recommend this.  not for scaring tailgaters as much as for spraying
  29. sparks at the other people you're riding with.  few things are as cool as
  30. weaving back and forth at 100mph trying to keep your friends from passing
  31. you while laughing and spraying them with sparks!  chicks dig it, too.
  32. especially passenger chicks. :P
