  25. Gratuitous roadhogging is worse, because it creates the conditions under
  26. which people are tempted to tailgate.  Roadhogs and left-lane bandits
  27. deserve to be run off the road, pulled from their vehicles and summarily
  28. disembowled.

  30. What we need is a highway version of the Ton Tons Macoutes to handle such
  31. people.  After a few of these BDIDs are yanked from their vehicles, hacked
  32. up with machetes and left lying at the roadside as a warning to others,
  33. word will eventually get around that impeding the flow of traffic is perhaps
  34. not a Good Idea.
