  23. Peeve: these damned flamefests. That really peeves me. We have a big
  24. network with lots of computers and fancy software. Folks set up a 
  25. pile of software that lets people correspond on different topics and
  26. set up filters and customs to allow readers to sort through the megabytes
  27. of postings so that they can read things that interest them. So what
  28. happens? Alt.peeves becomes alt.flame or alt.idiocy.from.college.kids.
