  50. IMHO, if you overanalyze your experiences while they're happening, you
  51. will end up suppressing the experience.  Let it happen first; while it's
  52. happening, let yourself believe in it 100%, and when you've learned
  53. all you needed to from it, then you can explain it away if you still
  54. want to...

  61. I agree, but you would be amazed at how easily people can use one
  62. "mystical experience" to become closed-minded about all others.  The
  63. argument goes like this:
  64. "The thing that I'm involved with is real, and all of those other 
  65. things I hear about are nothing like the thing I do; therefore,
  66. those things are all fake..."
