- Do you think that passing laws are useful in changing paradigms? I don't.
- Going to jail might just change someone's paradigm, but passing a law saying
- that women have to be hired preferentially or treated equally is not going
- to change anyone's world view. World views are hard to change, and I think
- that magic or guerrila politics or street theater or beating people over
- the head with hard objects works much better than passing laws saying that
- a company has to hire x% women in management from now on. And is much more
- fun besides.
