- Good idea. Novice oobe'ers could get help, and experienced oobe'ers could
- bring more people into the 'community'.
-
- Incidentally, I am in the former catagory. I have been attempting oobe for
- three years now, without success. I had one case where I 'knew' somthing
- about where I had tried to go, without really thinking I had gone there, and
- another case where my friend 'could have sworn' I was in the room I was
- trying to oobe to, although again I was not aware of any travel or unusual
- sensation. I have been following a pretty structured program from a book,
- which has lots of breathing exercises, visualizations, and some Americanized
- treatment of the chakras. I am really not interested in the quasi-Religious
- aspects, but rather the experience of oobe, the practice of it, and the
- exploration of the possible cosmomological ramifications.
-
- If anyone has suggestions to help break my 3 year rut o' failures, they are
- greatly appreciated.
-
- And, I would like to participate in an OOBE experiment. Good idea.
