- My remark was not directed personally at Robert. My suggestion is to every-
- one involved in the discussion. I'm suggesting that we "get down to cases,"
- and that whoever is interested in really talking about this subject analyti-
- cally agree to read some certain books, or certain agreed-on sections thereof,
- so that we can fairly evaluate what is said.

- All well and good. I'd just personally prefer to start with something
- written by someone who is more "in tune" with the experience itself, and
- who has, in Lorin's words, "been swayed to a belief." We may want to
- ourselves evaluate the belief, and Blackmore's writings might be helpful,
- but I'd just like to start with something by someone who is more "sympa-
- thetic" to the notion that there may be something other than mental events
- going on in OBEs.
