The Vinita McDonalds on I-44 is the world's largest McDonalds in terms of total area, not necessarily seating area.  The actual serving area is actually pretty small (no more than 9 registers, I forget), smaller than average.  The Moscow McDonalds has the largest SERVING area (registers, seating, etc).
