- Doris, it's extremely clear that you've never worked at McD's before, or
- else you would not have posted.
-
- 1. 5 different people want 5 different amounts of ketchup. One person doesn't
- want any. Another wants 8. Another wants BBQ sauce. It's easier to ask
- and it also prevents waste. Same argument with the creamers. Before I
- drank coffee, I had no notion of how many creamers it took to satisfy
- someone. When someone says they want "cream" I would normally give out
- 2 because 1 didn't seem enough. If you want 2 creamers then just ask
- for it!
-
- 2. As much as 2 or 3 minutes may pass between the time your order is taken
- and the time you arrive at the pickup window. Believe me, a lot can
- happen in 2 or 3 minutes. We might have had 12 Big Macs when you
- ordered and they could all be gone when you get up to the window. Or
- vice versa.
-
- 3. In most cases, McDonald's people are doing the best that they can, often
- with extremely limited staff. This is especially true on the weekends.
- Please be patient and don't be so quick to harshly judge all McD's in
- general.
