  22. We can do something similar with certain newspaper machines in Ontario.  Hit
  23. the box in a certain position and pull the handle at the same time and it
  24. opens.  It must cause the locking mechanism to release.

  26. Does anyone know the legality of lock picks in Canada?

  28. Since other international posters have already said Galls and other places
  29. won't sell outside of America, would anyone be willing to order the picks.
  30. When you get them, send them to me COD to ensure you get your money back
  31. and I get the lock picks.  Of course, I'll pay you for your service...
