  33. More than likely, they were stolen - either by someone who was too cheap
  34. to purchase a copy for themselves, or by someone who felt such material
  35. should not be on the library shelves.  It would be interesting to double
  36. check, however. It would be a shame if someone had bowed to the censorship
  37. demands of some locksmith or police department.
