- Basic rule of gunplay- if the situation would not justify your killing of
- someone, don't bring the gun out. Putting someone in _fear_ of their life is
- assault; use a gun and it's ADW. You don't have to fire the gun to commit the
- crime. Basically the DA decides if they're going to charge you, and the
- victim's lawyer can file civil suits even if the DA declines to charge.
