  24. Basic rule of gunplay- if the situation would not justify your killing of
  25. someone, don't bring the gun out.  Putting someone in _fear_ of their life is
  26. assault; use a gun and it's ADW.  You don't have to fire the gun to commit the
  27. crime.  Basically the DA decides if they're going to charge you, and the
  28. victim's lawyer can file civil suits even if the DA declines to charge.
