  24. It is not sensible to include server-client traffic into cost. This is
  25. mostly local or near local traffic and can be ignored.

  27. I do agree that b'day "wall" is idiotic, it is not due to the
  28. bandwidth, but due to useless interruption it caused to the
  29. recipients.
