  25. is what makes me say this. Do a "PRIVMSG avalon :)" in raw mode to avalon
  26. in a client and see what you get. (of course you know this.. you just
  27. said so in the line I underlined).

  42. Read the line I underlined avalon, I am saying "it does point out
  43. true use for NOTICE's" you know.. saying it is worth reading, but
  44. is sometimes misleading. If you cant take this as constructive 
  45. criticism then stiff.
