- there are two ways of doing this: one, you tell the person you will awaken
- refreshed and fully awake. This lasts for 30-60 minutes (sort of like a cup
- of coffee), then the person returns to their preivious state.

- The other way is to to tell the person that the next time they fall asleap,
- they will fall into a deaper sleap than usual, and tell them to do so right
- after falling asleep. Tell them to let their mind roam and wander, and dream,
- as soonas they are asleap. This increases their effective sleep time by
- maybe 5-25% percent (depends on person & how deap the hypnosis)
