  10. According to every vampire story I've read, and movie I've seen, the sun will
  11. do serious harm to a vampire.  Now, I admit I've not had time to read the
  12. book "Dracula," but after seeing the movie, I have a question about a quote
  13. from the FFC version.

  15. At one point, just before we see Dracula chasing after Minna, Van Helsing's
  16. voice tells us that, "contrary to popular belief, vampires CAN move about
  17. in the daytime, though it is not their natural time, and their powers
  18. are weak."

  20. What gives?  Did I miss something, or am I just totally clueless?
