- According to every vampire story I've read, and movie I've seen, the sun will
- do serious harm to a vampire. Now, I admit I've not had time to read the
- book "Dracula," but after seeing the movie, I have a question about a quote
- from the FFC version.
-
- At one point, just before we see Dracula chasing after Minna, Van Helsing's
- voice tells us that, "contrary to popular belief, vampires CAN move about
- in the daytime, though it is not their natural time, and their powers
- are weak."
-
- What gives? Did I miss something, or am I just totally clueless?
-
- Many thanks,
-
