  17. okay, i just started reading alt.galactic-guide and downloaded all the
  18. appropriate stuff that i could find, and so on, and i may be tryint to
  19. write a pascal viewer for the guide over christmas break

  22. 1.  i have yet to see the guide work otherwise, but am going to
  23. download it to a 486 soon, because i couldn't complie tug succesfully
  24. 2.  i am unfamiliar with the new pascal environment that i'll probably
  25. be using, because the one i'm used to doesn't generate executables
  26. (happy happy joy joy educational software educational software)
  27. 3.  this will be my first 'real' program if it gets finished (i.e. non
  28. school related, and non small hack for private use...)
