  14.     I tried to create a comp.lang.basic newsgroup 2 years ago
  15. but could not manage to find enough support to past the new group
  16. creation guideline. Maybe with the existence of alt.lang.basic, 
  17. there could be enough reader. Guideline ask for 100 more yes then
  18. no. Are we more than 100 person in here?

  20.     As for the creation, I have seen a CFD this week. That must
  21. go on for a month before a CFV can be issued. The discussion is probably
  22. raging actually in news.group
