  27.     All right, issue one- did George Bush say that atheists should not
  28. be U.S. citizens- the answer is no- What George Bush did say is that he is
  29. not sure- for those deficient in the Logic area, A statement that X is true
  30. is not the same as a statement that it is unknown if X is true. One is a
  31. statement of certainty the other is a statement of uncertainty, for those 
  32. with a brain, they are very different.
  33.     Issue two- does GB have a poor understanding of the constitution, etc.
  34. This is slightly more complicated and for the time being I will leave it open.
