  35.      '88-'everyone' thinks SCV should have won....they won in '89 instead....
  36.      '90-'everyone' isn't sure who should have won in '89....so Garfield wins...
  37.      '91-'everyone' thinks Star should have won in '90....so they win in '91...
  38.      '92-'everyone' thinks that Cavies should have won in '91.....so they won
