  23. I have tried teaching with earplugs, but the problem is after the line
  24. stops playing and I start talking, I can't hear myself talk, and the
  25. kids in the line wearing them can't hear me, either. So we are always
  26. taking the damn things out and putting them in again. I have seen some
  27. that have small holes in them (to make talking easier, I assume) but
  28. they don't block out the noise very well, and I still can't carry on
  29. a decent conversation. Does anyone make some that aren't spongy, and
  30. can be taken out more easily? I have also considered head phones, but
  31. I don't think I could get the guys to stop laughing long enough to get
  32. anything done if I wore those. :-)
