  28. Doug, do you believe in out of body experiences?  Your experience sounds very
  29. similar to the initial stages.  Next time imagine yourself in an elevator or
  30. plane or fast car.  Imagine going to a friend.  Think of your friend and how
  31. nice it would be to see them.
