- Hi all.
-
- I have a question. Someone was talking about sleep patterns and sleep
- deprivation, and the different cycles of rest the mind goes through.
- I would like to know more about these cycles, and the effect of being awakened
- in the middle of the night every night.
-
- I am a mother and I have to get up with my daughter every night. How can the
- mind get enough rest with this happening?
- How about new mothers who have to get up with thier babies every three hours
- thru the night? Is there any technique that will ensure the mind gets the
- rest it needs?
- Thanks
- Cathy
