- While waiting for my DreamLight to arrive (yes, I do own one...) I
- developed a light cue device myself.
-
- All I did was to hook up my brain machine (the Shaman Ligh
- t and Sound brain machine) to an electronic Sears timer...
-
- Knowing that I could not detect REM, instead I just used the device
- to induce a lucid dream when I KNEW I would be in REM. Basically,
- knowing that the majority of your REM comes during the last portion
- of sleep, Iset my alarm two hours before I usually get up and
- then prepared the brain machine with the timer to go off 30 minutes
- after Ifell asleep. I just used the light goggles only.
