  13. I was wondering if anyone knows of a PD program which can calculate the
  14. rising sign given the date and time of birth and latitude and longitude.

  16. I just bought a book last night and realised that the rising signs were
  17. calculated for the United States - not very relevant here in Australia??

  19. Does latitude have an effect on the planetary correspondances - I would
  20. think this would be the same?
