- Sorry, no cigar. Even seeking to increase the number of black engineers
- by removing racism from the path of prospective black engineers or improving
- the education of prospective black engineers is racist being that
- it involves racial discrimination in determining from whom racism is
- to be removed and to whom education is to be improved.

- No matter how you slice it, when you categorize people by race (as in
- the case of black engineers) and seek to act upon that category (as in
- increasing their number) you are engaging in racism.
