  20.     I would also agree.  As well, I don't think it's fair to make the woman
  21. pay the entire cost of an abortion should she decide to have one because
  22. the father doesn't want to support the child.  I feel there should be some
  23. sort of a provision for that requiring the father to pay half at least,
  24. if not more because the woman has to actually undergo the operation.
