  21. Let's apply some pressure to make sure that it DOES use logic more often.

  24. feel as I do on this issue.  Send mail there containing your full mailing 
  25. address (surface mail) and a statement of your support and I will, immediately
  26. following Bill Clinton's inauguration, send surface mail containing the full 
  27. list of replies AND the proposal to the White House.
