  23. Like hell we do. To often people are content to sit and gripe and moan, and 
  24. when push comes to shove, not DO anything. This is not to imply EVERYONE,
  25. but enough people such that action is taken pretty much by a minority, a
  26. minority that alot of times takes the most extreme views of an issue and
  27. stands on the old soapbox. The one thing I have learned is that the idea of
  28. HAVING to do ANYTHING is often a false one. Poeple are content in their
  29. ways.
