  13. I was going to post my two basic questions here to get further
  14. responses from participants on this board, but I see Mr. Hoff-
  15. meyer has already done so.  I welcome any further responses or
  16. suggestions anyone can provide over the next week (my deadline
  17. for this report is 11/23/92).

  19. By the way, as I said in a message to Mr. Hoffmeyer, his
  20. suggestions make quite a bit of sense to me, and I will pass
  21. them along to the higher authorities in my agency, though as
  22. (at present) only a clerk, I have no power to implement them
  23. single-handedly.
