- And whose version of Christianity? And whose opinion are
- you using? The vast majority of people I know are agnostic with a
- few Christians and Buddhists thrown in. Of course then one could
- argue that America is losing its religion (sigh), but I don't

- Uh, the vast majority of Americans have been using sex for
- pleasure since the sixties (smile)...and I don't think that I need
- to talk about Europe. (Or are they just One Big Heathen Nation?
- Hmn....)

- Christianity, or at least in the Christian Bible, says Thou
- Shalt Not Kill. I think that's a pretty good message as to whether
- or not we're supposed to enjoy violence.
- BUT when you get down to things, it's just American sexual
- repression that we're talking about and not religion. America
- hasn't ever had a real "violence repression" (or gore repression...
- people have been reading about gore/disgusting things for a long,
- long time...smile). Europe isn't as repressed sexually (good or
- bad, I don't know. I do laugh sometimes at the social taboos we
- force on ourselves...), and so they have a different sort of culture
- which is more comfortable with certain things, like nudity.
- Americans sit around and say that naked people are sick and nasty
- (woe for he or she who uses the shower without a swimsuit...) and in
- the process they turn it into something that it isn't. Pity.

- You heathen! (grin. Oops, add several Jews and Mormons to
- my list. In fact, the Jews and Mormons outnumber the Christians so
- far as people I know are concerned...)
