- Your source or mine? :-) Well I've heard it said several times that
- just after _La Femme Nikita_ came out, that one of the big mainstream
- producers picked up the story and was going to hollywoodize it (BAD IDEA!)
- --that was only about a year ago...It also LOOKED pretty modern to me,
- ie not '82 clothes....

- bad actors who completely destroyed all of the tension in the movie, and
- actually made scenes--like the opening drug-store sequence--funny when it

- Hollywood picture in the last few years to show up--it would also be nice to
- get actors from many countries to add to the international feeling of places
- like Chiba City and the Sprawl (sort of a dark side to the Wim Wenders
