  24. ICC, and I was on
  25. the board after eight... and I was on the coordinating committee after
  26. sixteen.  And gee,
  27. the most outspoken member (and one of the most influential) of the first
  28. board committee
  29. I chaired (Development, Jan-Apr 1990) was, I think, in his first year
  30. with the ICC.  He
  31. went on to chair the committee the next year.  The education chair during
  32. my first year on
  33. the board had been in the ICC for four months when he joined the
  34. coordinating committee.
  35. There were also a few board members who were brand new members.
