  14. Thanks for your report on the NASCO event.  It is good to see some
  15. real discussion of cooperatives in this conference which goes
  16. beyond flaming.

  18. A couple of follow up points to your report.

  20. 1) E-mail: anyone not on Econet should check it out.  It provides
  21. a very supportive environment for eco-peace activists of many
  22. stripes.  Econet also has a new student rate and has a Simulator
  23. program so that people can practice the system before they go
  24. on-line.

  26. 2) NASCO as housing only organization:  It is probably a good
  27. thing that NASCO is focusing on what they do best.  For those of
  28. you interested in food coops, consider joining the National
  29. Alliance of Food Cooperatives.
  30.  
  31. 3) Integrated action research:  I have had experience with campus
  32. audit type projects, and especially with conducting them in an
  33. academic context.  The info is available in a cooperative
  34. hypertext format called ECCE!
