  14. I live in a 50 unit housing co-op that has one full time employee who is
  15. the Co-ordinator.  The Co-operative and the Co-ordinator is attempting to
  16. draw up an employment contract and/or policy and procedures manual.  If
  17. anyone has had expreience doing this I would like to hear from you.  If
  18. people could send me copies of the contracts/policy and procedure manuals
  19. that they use it would be a great help.  Thanks.
