  12. Could someone please help me figure out how to send a new group?

  14. I'm still trying to create alt.emulators.ibmpc.apple2 that I proposed
  15. here about three weeks ago.  I got some positive e-mail replies and
  16. there weren't any vehemently opposed posts, so I figured I should go
  17. ahead and send a new group.  The problem is I don't know how.
