  27. Doesn't matter here.  It wasn't discussed in alt.config, so we're not
  28. carrying it (how often do Tim Pierce, myself, or others have to say this ?)

  30. In addition, e-mail to the person that issued the newgroup command bounced.
  31. Those two criteria alone are sufficient grounds for me to trash it, or even
  32. 'x' it so that it doesn't propagate further.
