  27. Please learn to _read_ the English language before impulsively translating
  28. it.  "There aren't that many people" does not necessarily exclude a small
  29. % of people devoted to this more "alternative" show.

  31. How would this make alt.tv.chips any different from any _other_ Altnet group?

  43. Just because a show's not on prime-time, or it's 10-15 years old, doesn't
  44. mean people don't watch it.  Read my original post if you want
  45. clarification and statistics.  Anyway, even if what you said actually was
  46. true, maybe you should read something other than alt.config and alt.sex
  47. for a while.  Altnet is abundant with groups discussing things that have
  48. limited followerships, but nevertheless generate stimulating discussion.
  49. Same goes for the whole of Usenet.  To many, this is what news is all about.
  50. Should we disallow stuff like comp.lang.logo simply because Logo is more
  51. of a "sparse interest" language?
