- Yes, it would be a good move. Current literature and games are
- fueling interest in the horror area, and it is not too bizarre
- to think that another subgroup might be of interest in the
- medium to near future. With alt.horror.* providing a precedent,
- there would be a place to create such a group. For example, I
- personally wouldn't mind seeing such a news-subgroup about
- mummies, curses, and other horrors that lurk in their
- sarcophagi. When and if such a group becomes of interest to
- enought others it could, of course, be created as the
- alt.horror.mummies newsgroup. Thus a core of horror discussion
- would always be under alt.horror even should one of it's
- subgroups (horrors!) cease to exist. Other subgroups would
- still be there to carry on the horror.
