  13. stop carrying and forwarding copyright-violating materials on machines
  14. for which he's responsible.

  18. I'm appalled that this has been permitted to go on for as long as it
  19. has.

  21. Anticipating messages objecting to this on various grounds, including
  22. wrapping oneself in the flag, in cries of censorship, and in cries
  23. of it's o.k. to violate laws the speaker thinks unfair, let me suggest
  24. that any such responses constitute advocating the commission of a crime
  25. and are out of court on their face.

  28. seen) so that nobody takes it personally.

  30. Although Chuq anticipates a flame war about this, it should be possible
  31. for civilized, intelligent, and educated people to discuss this issue,
  32. which is substantive, calmly, and without resort to personal remarks.
