  23. Yes, in the sense that he has taken the time and trouble to flame me
  24. continually as I tried to create this group. There now exists a
  25. charter for the group, it *has* been discussed on alt.config - I admit
  26. there were a few mistakes in the beginning, but Tim did not at any
  27. point try to help - he never suggested a correct name - he never told
  28. me what I should do, he told me what I should have done.
