  38. hem and haw and get all quiet, or make
  39. a joke about it.  But in most ways I do tend to have a rather 
  40. unassailably healthy sense of self-esteem!  (That's a polite way of
  41. saying that if I'm not careful, I can border on the egotistical!!)
