  18. Since he was Hispanic and driving HIS car, I didn't worry, and there were
  19. no problems.  NOTE: I'm not recommending this, just adding my experience to
  20. your data collection.

  22. As far as rental rates, I'm not aware of any particular company having
  23. overall "best rates"--I think it's a matter of determining what discounts
  24. you can apply (AAA, Discover Card, airline fly-drive package, memberships,
  25. etc.) and what coupons or specials you can find.  I've rarely rented from
  26. the same company twice in succession.
