- As far as rental rates, I'm not aware of any particular company having
- overall "best rates"--I think it's a matter of determining what discounts
- you can apply (AAA, Discover Card, airline fly-drive package, memberships,
- etc.) and what coupons or specials you can find. I've rarely rented from
- the same company twice in succession.
