  15. I hope someone can help me.  My advisor wants a program that can convert 
  16. DesignCAD outfiles into TIFF or PCX which is what his word processor uses.
  17. DesignCAD output files can be of the formats: DesignCAD 2D or 3D, IGES, GEM,
  18. or DXF.  If anyone can give me a name of a program that can do this or can
  19. direct me to another source, I would be very grateful.
